The Social Media/Community Manager will develop & implement the Company’s & the Clients' Social Media Strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and encouraging product/service adoption.

- Be responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined social media strategy which should comply with the marketing and customer support initiatives of the company/client;
- Make sure the strategies increase brand equity and awareness;
- Evaluate, plan, organise, manage and contribute to social media channels to reach the company's/client's targets and objectives;
- Analyse existing and potential media activities & be able to identify and interpret social media trends;
- Work in collaboration with other staffs & suppliers to get the jobs done;
Yêu cầu công việc: 
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Community Forums, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios;
- Good communications and writing skills;
- Excellent in English is a MUST;
- Strong analytical, forecasting and research skills;
- Able to multi task and meet targets & deadlines;
- At least 1 year experience in online marketing, advertising and public relations is a PLUS;
- Good networking, leadership and negotiation skills;
- Experience in community building/leading (Youth Union, Student Association and/or any social team/organization) is a PLUS;
